This company is looking to recruit an OEM Administrator to provide OEM commercial administration support to OEM manufacturers.

Job Dimensions

Reporting to the OEM Manager

Project Administration within the OEM Team. Interacting with OEM project suppliers; providing an initial quotation including administration and documentation support.

Principal Accountabilities

- Process OEM enquiries - Receive, disseminate and process internal customer enquiries both verbal & written
- Process Ongoing Orders - Liaise with Internal departments such as manufacturing and design to process and expedite Customer orders to meet customer expected delivery
- Maintain Order book - Maintain order book and order list to allow regular OEM reports
- Develop and Maintain CRM( customer relationship system) - Assist in the development and help maintain the CRM records to ensure global communication
- Maintain OEM Price Book - Maintain and assist in the review of OEM pricelists and price book on SharePoint
- Maintain Marketing and Bid Templates - Maintain the department literature and templates with revision control to ensure latest up to date information available.
- Support External Sales Engineers - Support the UK sales engineers dedicated to OEM market- including where necessary limited on site visit to maintain close OEM working relationships
- Maintain Monthly Order book and Credit split policy - Maintain Credit splits/Financial record to allocate correct funds to AES engineers and Branches for OEM sales

Essential Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
- Maths and English Grade C + above (or equivalent)
- Microsoft Excel- Intermediate/advanced
- Microsoft word/Outlook
- Sharepoint
- Experience of Sales / order processing environment
- Prove record of working in dynamic environment with technical content
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Self Motivated/inquisitive Nature

Desirable qualifications/skills/experience
- Grade B+
- ONC or equivalent in Engineering or technical department
- Microsoft Project and project management
- Sage Line 500 or equivalent business system
- Previous engineering business experience
- Understanding of manufacturing process’s
