This is an opportunity to join a newly established outstanding day care nursery in Potters Bar for children between 1-5 years old.
They are looking to expand their excellent well trained, enthusiastic and friendly team to deliver high quality childcare and education in partnership with parents. Creating a well-rounded, safe, supportive, stimulating and fun environment for children to play, explore and discover through learning and understanding.
In order to be considered for the role of Nursery Nurse, you will need:
- A passionate and positive attitude towards working with children
- Experience within an early years environment
- A full and relevant child care qualification with a minimum of Level 2
Your role as Nursery Nurse will include:
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and well being of the children at all times
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
- Team work to work alongside the Room leader in providing a secure, warm, stimulating and safe environment, appropriate to the needs of individual children.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Clean DBS
- 1 years experience working in early years
Salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
