This nursery is looking for a nursery nurse / early years practitioner to join their team providing the highest levels or care and teaching for children from 6 months up to 4 years old.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and knowledgeable, showing an understanding of how children learn and how they can have a positive impact on the learning and development of children. An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Early Years Outcomes is essential and experience of working in childcare as a key worker is desirable.
The successful candidate will need to have a full and relevant childcare qualification, ideally at Level 3 or above but those with a Level 2 qualification and the desire to achieve their Level 3 will be considered.

They also offer career progression with opportunities to take on Room Leader, Deputy and Manager positions when available as well as taking on additional responsibilities such as key holder, working with children with special educational needs or safeguarding lead.
The position is subject to an enhanced DBS as part of a rigorous vetting procedure, complying with Ofsted and Worcestershire Safeguarding Board requirements.
