National Nurse Trainer
A leading health and social care training provider are looking for exceptional Nurse Trainers to join their dynamic and friendly team.
The role involves delivering a range of health and social care courses and clinical skills to nurses and support staff working in a variety of settings.
They are seeking experienced trainers who have excellent skills in training delivery who wish to further their career and take on a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for excellence in nursing care.
Applicants must be willing to travel (company or pool car provided) and stay overnight on occasion.
Role overview:
Deliver specialist nursing courses within the care industry.
Location:
National. Will include travel and occasional overnight stays
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training courses to nursing and care staff
- When needed, support in updating evidenced based courses
- Ensure up to date with current legislation and NMC Code of Conduct
Requirements:
- AET/PTLLS qualification or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Confidence
- Good communication and motivational skills

Experience:
- Registered Nurse essential (minimum 3 years post registration)
