They now have an opportunity for a Senior Nurse to be a Registered Home Manager for 2 residential homes in Leamington Spa. This is a role that involves managing 2 services: one for 8 individuals with complex health needs, and a nearby home for 5 adults with learning disabilities. Both homes benefit from incumbent additional senior support with Team Leader roles in place.

As Nurse Manager, your vital role will involve a wide range of clinical & managerial duties: leading a team to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people they support.

- They will expect you to already be a Registered Nurse with a driving license and car.
- Experience of working with adults with a learning disability.
- You should have financial management skills as you will be responsible for managing the service budget
- Ideally you will have a track record of supporting and empowering people to live more independently in their community.
- Flexibility is essential as the services operate 24 hours a day.
- Knowledge and experience of the CQC is essential.
