Due to rapid expansion, this company is currently looking to recruit an excellent Customer Helpdesk Advisor for their Out of Hours Night Service.
Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided
Your primary responsibilities will involve dealing with both Emergency and non emergency situations and liaising with clients, tenants and contractors via telephone and email in order to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Tracking and updating their web based system and progressing issues through from initial report to completion
You will be computer literate, have strong customer service skills, the ability to act decisively in pressurised situations and an excellent telephone manner.
You will work Monday - Sunday from 7pm to 7am on a 3 days on 3 days off shift pattern
You must be able to offer a degree of flexibility to cover sickness and holiday within the team
