This company is looking to recruit a New Car Sales Manager to supplement their team in south Essex. As part of the Group they represent the world’s most famous car manufacturer, Ford Motor Company, in over 30 dealerships across the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Managing and motivating the Sales Department
- Maximising sales
- Achieving monthly targets as set out by budgets
- Maintaining customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate strong man-management and leadership skills, together with a sound understanding of the marketing processes for the sale of cars. You should also possess the ability to cope well with the various demands and pressures of the role.
The group employs over 1,000 people and retails over 30,000 cars per annum. Despite their increasing size, they know that their people are their greatest asset and only with their determination and dedication can they maintain their ethos and best serve their customers across all of their dealerships.
