This is an opportunity to join an insurance broker providing specialist commercial insurance to small and medium sized businesses. This company is part of a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, which was founded in 1871.

They are looking to expand their Contact Centre and they are looking for New Business Sales Executives…if you want to join the team then read on!

New Business Sales Executives

They are recruiting experienced and successful New Business Sales Executives into their organisation. With a starting salary of up to £20,000 plus a generous bonus package, the successful candidate will have a strong telesales background within the insurance industry.

Key purpose of the role

At the heart of the contact center you will add value to every call, offering the products and services, which are right for our customers. You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do by providing customers with excellent customer experience and service at all times.

Main duties

Manage outbound calls relating to a range of commercial insurance products by building relationships, with the aim of offering customers products that suit their needs.

All of their sales executives are individually targeted and are expected to meet and exceed sales targets every month. To succeed you will have tenacity, excellent negotiation skills and more importantly listening skills. You will be expected to adhere to compliance, which is always at the forefront of what we do. An understanding of regulation, such as FCA and DPA are desirable however full training will be provided

As part of a lively, fast growing and innovative company, you will benefit from 26 holidays per year plus bank holidays, voucher schemes and reward & recognition packages.

Candidates should have a proven sales track record in a business to business or business to client sales, and be able to work in a fast paced, target driven and dynamic environment. Your hours of work will vary between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
