This is an exciting opportunity to join a young, vibrant and fast-growing company based in Shoreditch (close to Old Street and Liverpool Street Underground Stations). They are a sociable bunch with a relaxed yet hard working office atmosphere. As an employee, new ideas are always welcomed and encouraged. There is significant opportunity for progression as well as plenty of training and skill development. They strive to be the very best at what they do and most of all enjoy creating industry leading communities.

The Role: Networking & Community Officer

This role will involve working across a range of events within the mobile games, finance and HR industries. A cornerstone of the role is focused around curating the event audiences and liaising with senior and significant players within the industry. You will also need to effectively maintain client relationships to ensure repeat engagement within their vast portfolio of annual events. Excellent communication skills will mean that you’re able to tap into the best ways to correspond and build relationships with extremely senior individuals from the 3 industries, in order to shape your own community of VIPs.

As well as building the event community, you will also play a key role in delivering outstanding networking opportunities with their key sponsors. This involves engaging with them year round (to ensure they stay true to ‘delighting their clients’ mantra), pre-scheduling onsite meetings and managing these business get-togethers onsite.

You’ll be working alongside many different teams, therefore the ability to juggle tasks and effectively manage your time is essential. Equally importantly, you will be happy to work as part of a team and value positive relationships with your colleagues.
