This company needs someone who can work the following shift on a permanent basis:

Total Daily Hours:
1pm - 5pm : At offices)
5pm-6pm : (1 hour break allowence)
6pm-10pm (30 min break allowence)
Total hours per day: 7.5.

- 3-4 years experience working within a Domain Environment or an MSP

Technical Competencies (not to be confused with certifications) for the higher end of the salary scale::
- Windows Server Installation / On-Going Maintenance / Support / Troubleshooting
- VMWare VSphere Installation / On-Going Maintenance / Support / Troubleshooting
- Managed Network Switch Installation / On-Going Maintenance / Support / Troubleshooting
- Experience with Firewalls
- Deep understanding of Network Infrastructure
- Deep understanding of Backup Infrastructure

Core Technical Competencies:
- Microsoft Windows OS versions
- Microsoft Office Product versions
- AD - Domain Controllers
- Azure AD
- EMC
- o365
- Microsoft 365
- RMM software
- PSA software
- Print Servers > Network Printers
- Wireless Technologies to provide corporate and guest wireless
- Firewall and other Edge Devices

Responsibilities (some require working with teams as needed):
- Documentation for and of everything
- Ensure the Service Desk escalations are dealt with promptly and precisely
- Ensure Monitoring on Network and Server infra is setup / reporting and without issues
- Responding to Monitoring alerts
- RCA for issues and implement solutions to ensure failure does not re-occur
- Identify Opportunities for Automation throughout the support structure and implement using available tools
- Installation of Servers to a point then handover to staff
- Installation of network equipment to a point then handover to sr staff
- Identifying then troubleshooting issues with Network Infra / Servers and respective devices
