Firstly: This is a remote based Salaried senior Sales role, so the pay range you see advertised is exactly what you will earn, and not an OTE. We pay based on the effort we know our great people put in and not for them to chase fluctuating commissions.

We guess it hardly needs saying, that safe, quality, insulation materials to the UK housing market is a safe bet for long term growth?

No surprises then 2022 is already booming for us and with our established brands and long term customer contracts, that is all set for to continue as a long term trend. That doesn't mean however, that we are going to sit back on current success - we need to make sure we are more in tune than ever with with our long term contacts and those loyal existing customers.

On top of that we've got serious long term investment from our parent Group into new product development, and this new post is as a direct result of that, so if you like the idea of selling and innovative product AND have the existing network contacts amongst brickwork contractors, this should be a great opportunity for you.

Key duties?

- A national opportunity, selling a newly developed cavity wall insulation product to brickwork contractors – with the potential to sell other wall insulation products.

- Working with New Product Development to provide customer feedback on this new product to continue development and increase satisfaction.

- Build strong relationships with brickwork contractors with the aim of achieving sustainable growth and building market share.

What are we looking for in return?

- Existing knowledge and contacts with brickwork contractors really is essential to succeed in this post.

- Excellent Sales experience and negotiation skills are obviously crucial, as is good numeracy with a keen understanding of pricing, profitability, and contribution

- Ability to develop good relationships externally with customers and internally within our business
