Working for an entrepreneurial start-up near Birmingham Airport, this company is providing solutions for airports and parking service operators. They are backed by a Best Companies Top 100 company to work for and employ amazing people, giving them the freedom to deliver brilliant things.

They handle over 3m car movements a year and have more than 3k employees using their platform daily… and they are only just getting started!

The role and opportunity:

They are looking for a Partnership Manager to join their team; someone who can easily spot growth opportunities, build long term relationships and use their operational knowledge to help influence decisions.

You will make it your mission to convert every new potential product adopter into a long lasting partner. With access to a huge network of internal support, you’ll feel at ease whether you’re working the room at conventions to get their products known in the market or using your experience of optimising business operations to help guide on projects.

You’ll thrive in this genuinely dynamic role where no two days are the same and there will be a fair bit of travelling. You could be monitoring the implementation of a new client (liaising with their service delivery and product team) one day, the next could find you pulling together proposals and delivering engaging presentations to prospective new business leads.

Their small but perfectly formed team are passionate about building and delivering the right solution for each and every partner. They are on hand if you need support and always champion each other’s personal growth.

Responsibilities
- Owning and delivering against the new business budget
- Being the ‘go to’ domain expert surrounding the market their product exists within
- Taking pre-sales requirements and converting them into deliverable milestones for product and customer success
- Creating business opportunities using a consultative approach
- Building rapport with current users and promoting industry best practice
- Liaising with the creative team to build collateral (newsletters, case studies)
- Delivering presentations at meetups and trade shows
- Maintaining their contract catalogue, liaising with legal and helping to renew contracts
- Delivery to target

Essential for the role…
- Background in delivery environment & exposure of B2B sales
- Proven track record of working in a fast paced & challenging operational environment of large teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to create attractive business proposals
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- A confident relationship builder and networker
- Analytical with the ability to interpret data to drive operational decisions
