Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator to manage the end-to-end process and daily operations of organising their clients training projects.

The successful applicant will serve as a key point of contact for their clients, from leading private sector organisations (high-end fashion labels, technology and software houses, and global pharmaceuticals) to nationwide public/third sector bodies such as (high-profile charities and government agencies). They must therefore be adaptable, diplomatic and an embodiment of the service culture they promote.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships – a core point of contact for clients.
- Role modelling exceptional standards of customer service and time management.
- Handling client enquiries (telephone / email / social media).
- Managing the diaries of Directors and Trainers.
- Administration: structuring and proofreading content, coordinating training project documentation, handling large-volume printing, using SurveyMonkey software.
- Managing training projects within their CRM system to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organising travel arrangements in the UK and occasionally worldwide – researching, negotiating and booking train tickets, taxis, flights and hotels; creating detailed travel itineraries with directions and instructions.
- Mentoring / training the Client Services Coordinator (due to be recruited in the near future).
- Managing training venue bookings – liaising with training centres in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

Your Capabilities / Strengths
- An articulate and influential relationship builder who understands the corporate environment and is comfortable working with senior people within organisations.
- A natural collaborator and great communicator, both verbal and written, with the confidence to conduct awkward / challenging conversations with clients when necessary.
- A highly skilled and adept organiser who enjoys setting goals and juggles many projects and tasks at once, while remaining cool and calm in a high-pressure environment.
- A great details person who likes to examine processes closely and devise even better and more efficient ways of working.
- Possesses a good geographical knowledge of the UK – for organising travel and developing rapport with clients from across the country.
- Good computer literacy, including knowledge of CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite of software – especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
- An accomplished brand ambassador, who can actively and enthusiastically promote a company and its services.
