This company is one of the world’s leading suppliers of traditional warehouse storage equipment and automated logistics systems.
They have an exciting opportunity to join their Resident Maintenance Site as a Multi skilled Engineer.
Based in Castle Donington, you will be required to deliver a first class service to support this household name in delivering its products.
You will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the fast flowing material handling equipment. You will deliver key service elements such as planned preventative maintenance, fault rectification and eradication.
You will be expected to be deal with problems, think quickly on your feet to resolve any issues and work proactively to ensure that key performance indicators are adhered to.
Your Key responsibilities will be:
- Reactive and preventative maintenance with conveyors, High bay cranes (pallet and tote), pick to light systems, sortation, carton assembly, strapping, wrapping, spiral and telescopic conveyors.
- Ensuring the customer receives the agreed level of support
- Proactively promote and comply with all health and safety regulations
To be successful with your application for a multi skilled engineer, you will have a recognised qualification within the Electrical field and previous experience within a similar role.
This role is shift based on a 24-7 distribution centre, weekend, night and bank holiday shifts are included.
