Basic Salary: £24,000
OTE: £45,000 (Year 1)
This well established firm of independent mortgage consultants requires a CeMap 1,2 3 qualified Mortgage and Protection Consultant to add to their team of 7 consultants.
They are an extremely busy office with a high volume of incoming leads which come via their portal or on the phone. You will need to be an excellent sales person with good communication skills over the phone or by email. You must be able to work smart, quickly and efficiently.
The business is mainly Affordable Housing so previous experience of shared ownership and Help to Buy is preferred however if you have industry experience we would be happy to train you. A proven track record of life assurance and protection sales is required.
You need to work well under pressure, independently and as part of a team, be a strong communicator with sales experience and provide excellent customer service. The position is office based in E14 which is convenient for client meetings either at their office in and around London.
The workdays are Monday to Friday and they have a Saturday Rota where they provide cover for the business partners either on site, at shows or over the phone.
They offer 20 days holiday, bank holidays, Christmas break and days in lieu of weekend working.
