This market leading investment property company looking for a results-driven experienced Mortgage Advisor with a strong work ethic to join the team in Manchester. Mortgage Advisor Experience & Skills Required:
- Current FCA regulated status.
- CeMAP qualified.
- A successful sales record/history.
- Ideal for an existing successful Mortgage Advisor from an Estate Agency or Mortgage Brokerage background.
- An excellent understanding of the Mortgage Market, in particular buy to let.
- Excellent communication skills.

Mortgage Advisor responsibilities:
- Contacting leads generated from a number of in house sources including the existing client base.
- Develop the client base further through referrals and professional connections.
- Providing clients, both UK based and overseas with mortgage advice.
- Keep up-to-date with new products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace.
- Ensure that the level of service, as agreed with each client, is delivered in a timely manner.
