This leading independent tyre specialist is looking to recruit a Mobile Tyre Fitter.
Role Purpose
- To provide Mobile Tyre fitting in and around the Hull areas
- To deliver excellent customer service.
- To Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements
- To communicate their tyres vision for “quality at all costs”
Technical Competencies:
Commercial, Agricultural and Industrial tyre fitting experience.
Full UK driving Licence
Key duties and responsibilities
- To self educate on tyre technical information
- Complete all relevant administration paperwork.
- Identify worn and damage tyres and replace
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fleet manage vehicles
- Advise customer of work required to ensure vehicle is in road worthy condition
- Ensure that all brake work is conducted in accordance with the companies procedures
- Contribute to good housekeeping routines
- Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
Working hours
Opening hours are Monday – Friday 8am-6pm and Sat 8am – 4pm. Your working hours will approximately 46 hours per week at pre determined times within their opening times however, you may need to work extra hours on occasions.
Salary
Pay scale with vary depending on experience between £17,680 to £21,840 per annum plus opportunity for bonus.

- Previous mobile tyre fitting experience
- Basic standard in English and Maths
- Able to cope in a physically demanding role
- Ability to produce high quality work within specified time frames
- Understand the importance of good customer service
- Driving Licence
- Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- Good, reliable timekeeper
- Team player
- Organised and excellent time management skills
- Flexible working times
- Able to organise own transport to work
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively work with people regardless of their ethnic, cultural, social backgrounds, their gender, age, religious belief, disability and sexual orientation.
