This is an opportunity to join a dynamic technology company with a specialist expertise in CCTV security, Manned guarding and other products. Working with both mainly commercial customers, they pride themselves on their security solutions for construction projects to ensure a safe working site.
You will play a critical part in the overall security function of the business, having full responsibility for the management of the manned guards and working alongside the regional service managers. As the Security Manager you will implement and maintain all compliance and assurance activities.
The role entails:
- Adopting the role of security controller for the company
- Implement security policies, processes and develop security operating procedures
- Work closely with the internal teams, ensuring best practice throughout
- Training and awareness to the team and partners
What they would like from you:
- Strong knowledge of security
- Previous experience working in secure environments
- Ability to manage and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to sites
- Confidence to make security recommendations and lead the team.
This is a full-time, permanent role with travel to client sites. Monday to Friday working hours, with flexi working times.
