Reports to: Admin Manager
Hours: Full Time, 40 hrs per week
Holiday: 28 days including public holidays
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience plus bonus scheme
Probation: Three months

Position overview

Based in the Carnforth, Lancashire head office, you will be both the company MITEL trained switchboard operator, directing all calls throughout the business, and also the Front-Of-House Receptionist.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least one years’ experience in a similar role.
- MITEL trained.

Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling up to 1000 calls a day
- Directing to relevant person/department
- Taking messages when applicable
- Ensuring call backs are being done
- Other tasks as required
- Meeting visitors and providing refreshments
- Organising meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments and lunches as required
- Opening and distributing the inbound mail
- Sending out quotations by mail
