A Mid / Senior level Project Manager & Analyst is required to join a growing web development company in Leeds.

As Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for working with regional and global stakeholders to manage the full project life cycle for digital and web projects. Your role will involve end-to-end project management including gathering requirements, scoping, design and development. You will manage the relationship between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth digital delivery.

To apply you will have at least 2 years of previous experience in a digital project management or digital business analyst role. You will have ran requirements and gathering workshops and have a solid understanding of the web / application development process. Ideally you will have worked in an eCommerce/CMS environment, be commercially strong and able to make business cases for technology.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Working closely with a specific business area to define requirements and documenting them in Business Requirement Specifications, Requests for Work and -
Project Initiation Documents.
- Analysing and designing business processes for the designated area.
- Designing, documenting and maintaining system processes to meet business requirements.
- Managing small/end Projects end-to-end from requirements to go-live - using the standard project management processes and disciplines.
- Working with software Testing on the definition of the testing required and with users on User Acceptance Testing including high level script definition.
- Producing project and progress reporting.
- Working with the business to define necessary training and implementation.
- Where necessary, work with users to define business cases and suppliers to meet the business requirements.

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- Good Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of project management techniques.
- Experience of working in a retail environment and of retail business processes.
- Knowledge of the Software build project lifecycle.
