Responsible for all the marketing activities at the company driving awareness & enquiries through the development & implementation of an effective plan.
Strategic Input to the marketing strategy in line with corporate objectives.
o Create & deliver a quarterly rolling marketing plan covering:
o Website
o Social media activity
o Email campaigns
o Content marketing & advertising
o Brochures & other collateral
o Events
- Undertake analysis of competitors, the marketplace & trends in L&D.
- Ensure that we have a strong & positive representation at Group level.
- Monitor & report on effectiveness of marketing activity.
Skills & Experience:
- Confident and dynamic personality with ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams
- At least 5 years of marketing experience running successful acquisition, retention and re-activation marketing programmes
- Digital and social media experience
- Confident with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
Part-Time role - 20 hours per week.
- £26,000-£28,000 Pro-Rated for 20 hours a week
- Car parking
- 25 days holiday pro-rated for 20 hours a week
- Office hours over 4 or 5 days with a morning start time ( preference 9.30 am)
- Office based in Bracknell, Berkshire which has excellent transport links
- Car parking provided
The interview process will be a competency based interview and tests relating to the role.
Travel will be required in the role visiting their Head office in Paris to build relationships with the team, also attending events they will be running.
