The opportunity: We’re looking for a Marketing, PR and Social Media all-rounder to help maintain and further enhance the fantastic reputation of our company in the Internal Communications industry. Truth is, we’ve always done this on top of the day job – well, we’re a comms agency! - but after a period of sustained growth, we need a specialist to join the team!

The role:
Co-ordinating all marketing, PR and social media activities, including:
- Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube)
- Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with brand
- Creating and managing a content calendar for daily updates across social media
- Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
- Managing all marketing and sponsorship-related activities
- Build relationships with thought leaders and industry press to grow industry awareness
- Managing all PR-related activities
- Managing all events-related activities
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

You will have:
- Tonnes of energy, smarts and a hunger to work in a high-performing agency environment
- Experience in working in marketing and/or PR, preferably in an agency environment
- Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing/public relations campaigns
- Exceptional writing skills
- Solid experience with planning and executing content for social media including blogs, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
- Event planning experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, PR, Communications or a related discipline preferable.
