This established brand offers manufacturing and supply chain excellence to the key markets of Roads & Transportation, Rail, and Traffic & Information & Retail sectors for example.

They have a vacancy for an entrepreneurial and strategically focused marketing manager with a self-driven flair for innovation to complement their established sales and research & development teams.

The individual will be responsible for developing and managing the implementation of a marketing strategy to build awareness of and interest in the relevance of the brand within the current and targeted sectors.

The role requires the development of strategies that target both B2B and B2C audiences, embracing the marketing mix of advertising, PR, direct marketing, event marketing, sponsorship, social media and web based platforms.

The Person, Skill set & Mind-set.

- A graduate with significant strategic marketing, planning and campaign experience
- Confident self-starter, execution orientated and commercially minded
- Highly pro-active
- Ability to collaborate and influence others
- Good understanding of brand led sector marketing
- An understanding or ideally have experience in our sectors
- Knowledge and experience of digital marketing
- Return on investment focussed
- Have a strong mind-set of execution
- Have strong intellect, resilience, creativity, problem-solving ability, drive and multi-task skills
- Strong copyright and communication skills & ability to transfer to value led propositions
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
