This company is recruiting a full time, office-based Marketing Manager to join the team and be hands on in driving the day-to-day marketing activities of the business along with developing the long-term marketing strategy for the company.

You will be working closely with the Business Development Team in engaging with corporate clients, partners, and users of the service.

The Role of the Marketing Manager includes:
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing function
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Preparing online marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
- Working closely with external agencies and assisting with new product launches
- Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing

Key requirements of the role:
- Degree in Marketing
- 3 years plus experience in a similar role and/or ready for next career step
- B2B background, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Strong creative outlook
