This company is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join their expanding IT MSP team. Working from a modern, open plan office; expect an exciting and varied role developing and implementing all aspects of the marketing plan.

As the Marketing Manager, you will support the account managers with their marketing and client management processes. You will develop targeted marketing campaigns and relevant content, as well as positive PR, to help promote the organisation.

You will ideally have an IT MSP background and be an enthusiastic B2B-focused marketer who has experience in a relevant service-based B2B environment, and appropriate knowledge of marketing via all modern marketing methods.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with good knowledge of MS Office, and experience working with CRM systems. You will be highly organised and be able to develop relationships with new business leads. You will be process driven whilst retaining a creative outlook towards developing new and exciting marketing ideas.

The main requirements of role are:

- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Conduct market and prospect research and customer analysis
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results, including CRM management
- Determine and manage the marketing budget and monitor industry best practices
- Manage the Key Accounts Management (KAM) process

In return, they offer a salary of £25,700 – £33,900 per annum (depending on experience), company bonus scheme, flexible benefits, company pension contributions along with training and development opportunities.
