New position within a Communication and Engagement online portal for the Private Rental Sector.

At this company, they enable their clients to grow their business, stand out from the crowd and add value to their existing service offering. Focusing on the Private Rental Sector, they help accommodation providers improve their brand image, customer service and make renting more rewarding for their customers.

Marketing activities will include email and social media marketing, as well as blog writing, so experience in this area would be advantageous. In addition promotional literature will need creating and designing. Experience with tools such as Hubspot, Active Campaign and Mailchimp would be useful although not essential. A key element in the role is keeping their existing user base engaged with their service (white labelled as the client) encouraging them to visit the portal as regularly as possible.

The role may include some Account Management and Business Development managing relationships with existing clients which could be Letting Agents, Property Management companies, Property Development companies, Housing Associations and Key Suppliers.

This role could suit a business/marketing graduate or someone with 2 years+ marketing experience within a Lettings/Estate agency or any accommodation provider, although not essential. In this role, creativity, enthusiasm, personality, passion and confidence will go a long way!
