A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual with a marketing background to get involved in everything they do. You will possesses the drive and ambition to help develop key marketing strategies using all the tools and resources that will be made available to you.

You will be responsible for driving a number of campaigns, projects and initiatives to help develop the corporate identity of their Company. This includes all forms of communication, digital and print, ensuring their brand identity runs throughout. This is a key role and the successful individual will play a large part in ensuring they deliver their Company strategy. As this is a new role, there will be ample opportunity to make this role your own.

Duties of a Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:-
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Provide support to the Depots and Retail shops with their specific marketing requirements; including all literature and POS
- Develop and improve electronic marketing; email and text message
- Develop and manage content-based Social Networks
- Drive and promote Company specific schemes
- Reviewing the cost and effect of marketing campaigns; make recommendations for future campaigns

The ideal candidate will poses:-
- Degree in Marketing would be advantageous, as would a CIM qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A solid understanding of digital and print communications
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with individuals at all levels; internal and external
- Experience of dealing with the press is desired but not essential

The successful candidate will be required to travel to their various locations, so a driving licence is required. A Company car will be available to use when required.
