Marketing Manager
Flexible; Milton Keynes/London

An exciting role that has been created to develop & implement their marketing plans, to drive brand awareness & increase company revenue in UK & Ireland.

Essential to the role:
The successful candidate will be an innovative, enthusiastic & creative thinker with significant marketing experience, ideally within the health or tech sector. You will be working with the Director of Policy & Communications to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for successful stakeholder engagement and maximum sales income.

Tasks at a glance:
- Lead on the co-ordinated development and scheduling of all digital and print content
- Manage the development of marketing activity including direct mail, newsletters, advertising, leaflets, case studies, that meet the needs and requirements of the business
- Run & monitor all digital & social channels providing maximum exposure & regular content
- Deliver timely & effective analytics to demonstrate how activity is delivering/exceeding objectives in the marcomms strategy
- Develop & manage relationships with external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all planned meetings, briefings, conferences, and events
- Co-ordinate merchandise design and development for all marketing purposes
- Support the Director in delivering complementary PR activity including writing press releases and liaising with journalists on news stories

Essential Skills:
- Experience in campaign management from concept to delivery and measurement, with a proven ability to analyse marketing data and translate into refining marketing activity
- Excellent knowledge in using content and image management systems e.g. PhotoShop, InDesign, Hootsuite
- High-level of understanding in the use of WordPress & ability to create website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Excellent understanding of social media and experience of using imaginatively in integrated marcomms campaigns
- Outstanding written, verbal & editorial skills, with significant attention to detail
- Self-motivated & the ability to meet demanding targets within tight deadlines
