Salary:
£41,000 per annum, FTE
4 or 5 days per week (30 - 37.5 hours), depending on applicant

This company is looking for a business development and marketing professional to join their team on an 11 month maternity cover contract. You will be joining a small, growing business, helping to continue growth aspirations during the contract term.

Reporting to the Managing Partner for Marketing, you will be responsible for:
Business Development:

- manage the pipeline and develop the business development culture
- write proposals
- undertake deal reviews
- plan and execute business development activities with intermediaries, clients and targets
- report on business development activities running to budget and timescales

Marketing
- plan and execute internal and external marketing communications
- manage outsourced relationships and contracts
- manage and execute the social media campaign
- manage all marketing media, including updating the website
- report on marketing activities running to budget and timescales

Client care
- manage and execute the client care programme
- work with the part time FD team and managing partners to ensure clients remain satisfied and learnings are executed

Event management
- manage event schedule
- work with outsourced providers to ensure events are coordinated to budget and timescales

Location:
You will be based at their office in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire, but they will consider home based working.

Holiday:
21 days per year Pro Rata, plus 8 days bank holiday
