This is an opportunity for a B2B Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing business.

Principal duties to include:

- Manage the creation and publication of all B2B marketing material through all channels
- Planning and implementing B2B promotional campaigns in collaboration with our partners
- Co-ordinating marketing support with sales activities, including sales collateral and exhibition/roadshow material
- Maintaining control/reporting of the allocated B2B marketing budget

1. CRM Programme:

- Delivering CRM strategies to encouraging cross selling, upselling and retention of incumbent employers
- Delivering CRM strategies to develop lead generation for prospective employers – public and private sectors
- Working with Dotmailer and internal resource to ensure we capture all required information at key points to communicate effectively
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities and report accordingly
- Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for acquisition, upselling and retention
- Overseeing creative development of B2B EDM’s through the CRM, including messaging
- Communicate information internally and with partners

2. B2C Sales Support:

- Develop and provide the appropriate sales material to support the sales department with lead generation and face to face meetings
- Develop and provide material for all B2B exhibitions and roadshows

3. Responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with external suppliers, including Dotmailer, printers, creative, design, web, blog and social media agencies to assist with the execution of projects
- Collating quotes for B2B marketing expenditure, approving invoices and tracking expenditure
- Working with the team to create and manage the overall marketing calendar and ensuring B2B deadlines are met
- Tracking and reporting on campaign results
- Liaising with relevant departments and partners
- Effectively proof read all collateral and ensure best practise is adhered to

4. Support the Head of Marketing with:

- Developing new business strategies to find new markets, through new channels
- PR - building awareness and reputation
- Brand – support in the development of brand guidelines and policing of the brand
- Product development – developing new initiatives to expand our offering
- Experience with Lead Forensics beneficial
- Experience of working with lead generation agencies also beneficial

Skills:

- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong creative outlook
- Organisation ‐ Self‐motivated and ability to prioritise busy workload in a fast paced environment
- Good team player with a willingness to collaborate to achieve solutions
- High attention to detail and accuracy with ability to work independently to tight deadlines
- Systems MS Office and Dotmailer

Qualifications:

Degree level or equivalent
1-2 years relevant experience
