This leading eLearning company is looking for a Marketing Executive.

Role Summary

Responsible for supporting all digital and traditional marketing activities including (but not limited to) website content management, email marketing, social media and content creation. The role has a digital focus but an understanding of the full marketing mix will be needed.

This is a new role which will grow and evolve with the needs of the Marketing function. It is an exciting opportunity to develop the scope of the role and make it your own.

Key Accountabilities

Marketing Activity

Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager you will implement aspects of the marketing strategy including:

- Maintain the company website using a bespoke Content Management System
- Produce a high standard of written content including product descriptions, news articles and press releases
- Create and distribute email content through MailChimp or similar package to nurture leads and customers
- Manage social media channels, increase volume of content, followers and engagement levels
- Identify new opportunities within social media and future digital marketing channels
- Proactively suggest new marketing campaigns and or strategies to develop
- Brief and liaise with internal graphic designers to ensure products are accurately depicted
- Assist with the organisation and management of events including the Annual Conference, and exhibitions

The Candidate:

You will be a dynamic, passionate, digitally adept individual able to take responsibility for and manage your own projects and provide support to the Marketing Manager. You will help to promote their e-learning products and services to existing and prospective clients and meet agreed company objectives. This company has ambitious growth plans, underpinned by the Marketing Strategy.

Experience and Qualifications required

- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing
- Experience within a similar Marketing role

Personal

- Dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic
- High level of commercial awareness
- Excellent content and copywriting skills
- Working knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- Able to manage own projects within budget and timeframe, prioritising accordingly
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues
