They are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to own the delivery of the marketing strategy.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop, implement and deliver an integrated marketing and PR plan in line with the company’s key objectives. You will be a commercially astute marketing professional that will work seamlessly with the sales teams and senior members of the organisation to drive forward all marketing related activities and deliver on the company’s aggressive targets.

As the Marketing Executive you will ensure that their multiple brands are championed, clearly communicated and understood across new and existing customers, as well as with internal stakeholders. You will work to ensure the brand gains maximum exposure within the education sector and that the key features and benefits of all products and solutions are clearly communicated. The ability to prioritise, deliver under tight timescales and own the marketing activity is essential.

Key areas of activity:

- Lead Generation through a full communications mix with a focus on digital communication
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Control marketing budgets and spend
- Website & SEO management
- Marketing content creation
- Development of a diverse set of marketing materials
- Manage all UK trade show requirements
- Social media ownership
- Database management

Required skills and experience:

- Excellent communication skills - verbal, visual, graphical and written form
- The ability to coordinate the development and creation of marketing material
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects, implementing reporting procedures to ensure that projects are completed and delivered within budget and timescale
- Strong understanding of B2B and working collaboratively cross function to achieve success
- Experience of working within a fast paced, high growth environment

Educational: ’A’ Level Qualifications. Business degree preferable but not essential

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing environment
