You are:
a creative individual with at least a year’s experience of working in a professional services firm with hands-on exposure to digital marketing activity. You have enjoyed using a digital Content Management System such as Wordpress, generating social media campaigns and managing HTML e-mail campaigns. You are able to take full responsibility for these.

Your standard of written and spoken English is high and you pay real attention to the finer detail of your work. You particularly enjoy writing audience-specific marketing material and have the confidence to proof-read your own work, taking responsibility for external marketing messages.

You are also happy to undertake a range of administrative and support tasks for which you’ll take full responsibility.

You have:
- Either a degree or other qualification in marketing, or else a business-related or law degree
- 1 year’s marketing experience in a professional services firm
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- An understanding of the basic requirements of the Data Protection Act
- Experience using email management system such as Dotmailer
- Exposure to Google analytics and paid for advertising campaigns if possible
- Experience of the Debt Recovery and Insurance sectors would be useful but is not essential

You will:
Take full responsibility for the web and social media presence of our Debt Recovery and Insurance departments and play a pivotal role in the production of tender proposals.

You will work in a team of three supporting the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director on firm-wide marketing activities, assisting in projects. You will also take responsibility for your own regular tasks, some of which will be admin-based (ie creating reports) and others which will be creative (ie creating engaging content for mailers).

You will also facilitate the growth of organic search through SEO optimisation and devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website utilising a range of techniques including paid search and SEO.
