This is an opportunity to join a small, independent and innovative mapping company. Across the company brands, they offer a wide range of mapping services and products. The company is currently experiencing substantial growth making it an exciting place to work. They have a small team of 20+ people and they pride themselves in having a small company environment with larger company ambitions.

The Creative Marketing Executive will play a key role in the creation of their marketing content. You will be responsible for developing a content strategy and delivering it across all 3 brands alongside reaching out to press and bloggers to raise brand and product awareness. The types of content creation you will be involved in includes updating and creating new webpages, writing blog posts, managing social media campaigns, delivering imagery & video of a high quality and email creation.

The core aim of this role will be to deliver more qualified traffic to their brand websites, eCommerce marketplaces and also to generate product awareness. With these core aims in mind, the role will also have the support of specialist agencies to deliver technical expertise such as SEO and PPC. You will be required to co-ordinate with these agencies to ensure that all areas of marketing are working together and delivering effectively. Behind the creativity, there is a need to interpret the statistics available to enable the strategy to be constantly developing.

This role is suited to a creative with 1-2+ years commercial experience in a similar creative, content led role. The person must have the ability to work across several brands and a wide range of content types.

Experience required

- Social media strategy and content
- Basic SEO
- Demonstrable experience of writing engaging content
- Good knowledge of HTML & CSS (Dreamweaver)
- Good InDesign and Photoshop skills, or alternative packages
- Email campaign management

The offer

A basic salary of £20-25k dependent on experience. They also offer a profit related company bonus which would make a total package of £25-30k+ dependent on company performance. This profit related scheme is currently performing very well and is expected to continue to do so. They offer 20 days holiday initially, rising with service time. This is a full time and permanent role based in Long Hanborough, near Witney (on the train line from Oxford).
