A growing software company seeks a highly motivated marketeer to join the team. The firm has a mission to create insightful, cloud based systems for healthcare services in the UK and abroad. Their flagship product iaptus is the leading patient management software for psychological therapy services.

You’ll play a central role in delivering successful campaigns, creating compelling online content, generating unique ideas for event programmes and managing all aspects of event logistics and promotion - including for the company’s annual national conference.

Key responsibilities:
- run client events working closely with marketing leads
- assist in developing event agendas, identifying and liaising with speakers
- liaise with venues on event planning and delivery
- liaise with the internal support team to ensure event logistics are well managed
- work with the marketing team to deliver campaigns across channels
- create engaging content for websites with support from a copywriter
- analyse event and campaign data and translate it into recommendations and plans for future events and campaign activities

Skills and experience, essential:
- experience in a marketing role
- experience in managing and delivering events to external stakeholders, preferably in a marketing role in a commercial or voluntary sector organisation
- experience writing engaging digital marketing content
- experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- solid writing and proofreading skills
- excellent administrative and organisational skills
- attention to detail

Skills and experience, desirable:
- experience creating marketing content for digital and print collateral
- experience with Mailchimp and Wordpress
- social media experience
- PR experience
- an understanding of basic SEO principles
- an understanding of, or interest in the technology sector
- an interest in community health services, particularly mental health services
- knowledge of data privacy regulations and GDPR

Salary £24,000 to £28,000 plus benefits.
