This company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced marketing department. The successful candidate will be working with the Marketing and Channel Manager, developing and delivering export focused marketing campaigns predominantly across the Humber and North Yorkshire LEPs that enthuse and engage new exporters and highlight new export opportunities.

Please note this role is subject to Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment screening.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of regional marketing campaigns;
- Develop and deliver a campaign highlighting support available through various projects and initiatives;
- Implement agreed tactical marketing campaigns for specific services, to generate targeted leads for relevant internal customers;
- Assist in the development and delivery of events and digital support;
- Support the delivery of bespoke marketing activity;
- Manage the integration and use of social media within our communication and demand generation programmes;
- Support the development and delivery of key export related events;
- Represent the region and partners at regional exhibitions;
- Coordinate the marketing activity for appropriate trade missions;
- Write clear, informative and effective marketing copy;
- Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of local business support needs;
- Ensure DIT brand compliance including ERDF, DIT and the Humber LEP

Qualifications Required:
The candidate will likely be educated to degree level with relevant experience of working in a marketing and/or PR environment.

Knowledge/Experience Required:
- Preferable experience of working within a multi-national organisation or organisation trading internationally;
- Experience in promoting and delivering marketing campaigns;
- Experience in project management of events;
- Experience in taking marketing collateral requirements from development to completion;
- Understanding of social media campaigns for business to business;
- Experience of working with databases and maintaining accurate customer information on a CRM system;
- Experience of Adobe InDesign or equivalent software package desirable;
- Experience of email marketing applications desirable;
- Ability to effectively prioritise multiple demands, make good decisions and action promptly

Remuneration package: salary up to £24,000 per annum dependent on experience; 10.5% non-contributory pension; participation in bonus scheme; 26 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, life assurance and income protection, access to voluntary benefit options including child care vouchers, flexi pension and ability to buy holiday.
