This company is looking for an energetic, go-getter to help develop, agree and implement all marketing communications plans & activities aligned with and in support of their growth plans. This will include but not limited to include new and existing products ensure that they are targeting the right markets to support sales growth.

Within this team, you will start to work lean, act smart and create a different way of delivering Marketing and Communications solutions. To create, plan, deliver and measure effective and engaging communications for target audiences that drive value and reputation for our business within the UK.

You must have the ability to interpret and summarize information and present it through a wide variety of formats in relevant and engaging ways for audiences. You must have a strong understanding of effective communications methods, techniques and systems within a corporate environment.

You will be very proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, creative and collaborative, balancing stakeholders’ needs with the resources available to work in an effective way, delivering high quality results.

In the role, you will need to raise the awareness of the company in all target markets and applications and ensure all Marketing Communications are aligned to their strategies. Execute the Marketing Communications plan within budget and to agreed timelines and support all New Product Launches to support plans for sales growth

You will have experience of developing creative marketing communications strategies and plans that target the right audiences, with engaging material that integrates the best channels available, to budget and time. As well as producing and distributing creative material for use across multiple formats, internally or externally.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8.45am – 5pm & 8.45am - 4.25pm Friday - Evenings as required for events
