The Role

Working as part of the marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will assist with the organisation and administration of their marketing activities, with a focus on the preparation and construction of lead generating direct mail campaigns.

This is a hands-on role, helping to plan, execute and report on campaigns.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to embark on a marketing career, gaining exposure to the full marketing mix with the support of an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and manual construction of direct mail campaigns
- Data research and collection
- Data entry to CMS
- Event management support
- Marketing organisation and administration
- Ordering and stocktaking marketing collateral

This role would suit someone who is currently working in a marketing role or a recent graduate with a keen interest in marketing who is looking for the opportunity to gain experience of the full marketing mix. As you gain experience in the role, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved with wider marketing activities, such as digital, email, events and design.

Candidates must be pro-active and driven, with a positive, can-do attitude and approach, and a keen willingness to learn.
