This company is a leading independent geoscience and geophysical consultancy and provider of integrated technical services to the upstream energy industry, incorporating oil & gas and renewables.

They are currently looking for a full-time marketing assistant to join the team at their head office, based in Cobham, Surrey.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in arranging marketing events
- Booking travel associated with exhibitions and conferences
- Coordinate brochures, flyers and promotional items
- Management of Business Development PowerPoint Presentations
- Updating of Company website
- Assist with direct marketing and liaison with other offices’ merchandise
- Assist with editorial of quarterly newsletter
SKILLS:
- Previous experience in marketing advantageous
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to demonstrate a clear attention to detail
- Able to demonstrate prioritisation skills when multi-tasking
- IT literacy: Able to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook – must be proficient in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Confident working unsupervised
- A positive approach to solving problems
COMPENSATION:
They will offer a comprehensive salary, contributory stakeholder pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and employee medical cover. Salary is expected to be in the region of £18,000 to £22,000 per annum, based on experience.
