Marketing Assistant
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing Team for a full time role as Marketing Assistant.
Primary Tasks
- Assist the marketing team with general duties to enable the smooth day-to-day running of the marketing department and to aid timely delivery of the marketing mix
- Design and produce brochures (Using Adobe Indesign) for a group of companies
- Administer and assist with the production and execution of internal and external marketing assets across 5 brands
- Be the first point of contact for external suppliers in print, agency and promotional items
- Follow up with relevant suppliers to ensure successful delivery of all marketing materials
- Liaise with relevant employees regarding artwork and deadlines
- Support and help to coordinate and manage the logistics of events, including booking administration and attendance on stands
- Liaise with third party agencies to coordinate article marketing
- Develop new design and marketing concepts as part of a team
- Committed to taking ownership of my projects and objectives
- Prioritising workflows and working on the right tasks at the right time
The Candidate
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience in managing social media platforms
- Good MS Office skills
- Article Marketing Coordination
- Willingness to learn and develop new digital marketing skills
Experience:
- 1 year (Preferred)
