As one of the leading financial services companies in the world, they have been providing lifestyle financial planning to clients around the globe for almost 20 years. Their company has grown to become one of the world's cutting edge providers of wealth and investment management and are now widely recognised as a market leading specialist within the international finance arena.

Due to expansion they are now looking to expand the Marketing team based at their Doncaster office. They are looking for an experienced administrator/marketing assistant ready to take on a more challenging and diverse role supporting their Marketing Manager.

Key Roles and Accountabilities:

- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
- Assisting with implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Tracking progress of digital marketing campaigns and recording figures, using Excel and Microsoft Dynamics
- Updating of the company's website, making sure all content is up to date and accurate.
- Management of CRM system and various other software systems
- Proof read content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles and press releases
- Update both online and offline marketing literature
- Liaising with regional managers to help coordinate regional marketing events and seminars
- Assist with print management for the company
- Updating social media sites

- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organised with a client-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Exceptional attention to detail skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous
