Winner of 2018 BusinessGreen Leadership "Consultancy of the Year" award, this consultancy is looking for a highly organised Marketing & Office Manager to support their ambitious growth plans. They are a leading renewable energy and low carbon technology consultancy and this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to their success.

You will have prior experience of team administration and strong social media skills. Your excellent communication; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently will also be vital in this busy role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Marketing
- Develop a marketing strategy
- Website maintenance
- Managing PR external consultant
- Managing online presence
- Creative solutions
- Maintain company’s social media (LinkedIn and twitter)
- Getting team to collect and pass on info on new technology and market development information
- Organising and driving the thought piece campaign (LinkedIn)
- Organising technology presentations

Office Administration
- Ensure smooth running of the office, including Health and Safety procedures
- Administrative support to the asset management team, operations support
- PA responsibilities to Director including Diary Management, Meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
- Ordering supplies
- Maintain internal procedures
- Update their management software (Scoro)
- Keep company’s compliance documents up to date (H&S, Safe contractor, QMS, contractor questionnaires)
- Onboard new starters
- Organise and keep track of staff training (H&S, seminars, etc.)
- Travel arrangements for the other members of the team
- Main point of contact for their IT support

You will be a natural communicator, able to organise yourself, and will be prepared to learn and to adapt to change. You will be learning a huge amount from day one. Your ability to absorb this information quickly and to be able to apply your learnings will be critical to your success in this role. You must be a team player, understand how to solve problems and get things done. Qualifications / Requirements:

- Able to work in UK
- Prior experience of devising and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong social media skills
- Website maintenance skills
- Prior experience of providing team administrative support
- Passionate about sustainability

Salary & Benefits
- Salary range of £24,000 to £30,000 depending on current experience.
- 5% matched contribution towards a pension
- 25 days holiday in addition to public holidays
