This is an opportunity to join a small HR and development consultancy based in Ottershaw, Surrey. Typically, they help businesses by delivering HR support (such as recruitment or performance management), coaching, training, and larger organisational change or development projects (such as creating a learning organisation).

They are looking for someone to enhance the way that they market their business, as well as provide support to their team of HR consultants. This will require a major focus on raising the profile and brand awareness of their business, building strong engagement with their target audience online and generating sales leads. The role will also cover broader content marketing and internal communication, as well as producing HR documentation and administering some processes e.g. recruitment and records management.
