Marketing & Digital Communications Manager

Salary £26,000 - £30,000 Full Time (Might consider part time subject to a minimum of 28 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, innovative company operating in the employee benefits sector, committed to fast track growth and expansion. Their clients are some of the UK’s largest employers.

Managing a small team you will be responsible for developing, implementing and measuring the marketing strategy which will promote the Company’s activities and actively support the sales processes within the business.

You will have:
- Excellent marketing and campaign planning and measuring skills.
- Brilliant copywriting and editorial skills.
- Confident presentation skills, verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills with a desire to meet deadlines and work on your own initiative.

You will have responsibility for all aspects of their marketing activities, including:
- Social Media - develop and manage their social media presence over LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google.
- Take ownership for the PR, digital and social strategy and deliver best performance of company websites, social media, PPC, paid social, Display, SEO, email campaigns and Affiliates.
- Product engaging and creative content for emails, brochures, webpages, landing pages, adverts, social media, press releases.
- Devise, manage and improve lead generation campaigns - both offline and online.
- Work with their Account Managers to create campaigns to engage their existing clients
- Measure and report effectiveness and success of all campaigns on a monthly basis for the Management team: lead volume, budgets, costs, ROI etc.

You will also:
- Continually review and understand their customer needs, motivations and engagement behaviours.
- Develop and maintain a media relations programme to grow relationships with industry publications and media outlets.
- Engage with current industry trends, to keep you and your team engaged and informed.
