You’ll be responsible for managing our annual events calendar and co-ordinating our marketing activity to deliver lead-generating campaigns that showcase trendy and tasty food and drinks products that appeal to our audience.

You’ll need to be a dynamic, target-focused individual, with great people skills, an intuitive understanding of brand and plenty of energy to get people engaged in and excited about the new products our business is promoting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with the Business Development Team identify training and motivation needs for their Key Accounts, and plan and support implementation as required.
- Find opportunities for lead generation and drive these through to completion, owning the success of each campaign.
- Create, plan and manage a yearly events calendar for all crew engagement activity and product training.
- Create presentations and documentation to support new customer pitches and existing partner relationships.
- Deliver a consistent and reliable experience for our suppliers and customers by ensuring that all events, presentations and content fit Portfolio’s brand guidelines, company ethos and customer objectives
- Develop suitable course content that inspires the crew community, whilst driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Effectively evaluate the success of the overall crew engagement programme by Airline customer and report on attendance, engagement and success
- Keep current on industry trends that could lead to new strategic initiatives in crew engagement and motivation that drive profitable growth.
- Delivers, writes and innovates training material for delivery to our airline customers
- Continually looking to learn more about our customer base, market activity and marketing channels.
- Create, plan and manage any other business events internally or externally as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience:
Work Experience:
- Has worked in a customer facing role within aviation, travel, retail or hospitality, preferably in a training environment

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
- Full driving License.
- Fully skilled in Microsoft Office
- Good working knowledge of digital and email marketing
- Experienced using CRM systems
- Maths and English GCSE, C or above or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant training qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
Language / Communication Skills:
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Further languages are an advantage but not essential.
