A national charity has an interesting and challenging opportunity for an enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Executive to join their Community Engagement team.

As part of the organisation’s integrated marketing and communications approach the Regional Marketing and Communications (Marcomms) Executive will:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication plans that engage beneficiaries, volunteers, supporters and create partnerships at a local level.
- Work closely with operational, fundraising and volunteering colleagues, at a local level, to increase awareness, understanding and consideration among target audiences in different region and communities.
- Achieve/surpass marketing targets.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a fast- moving organisation where effective matrix management and teamwork across divisions is pivotal. The job holder may be required to travel within the UK on a regular basis.

You will use a high level of interpersonal and communication skills on a regular basis to influence decision making by others. They need you to be a skilled communicator who is able to engage others in a friendly and confident manner and who has the ability to successfully manage stakeholders of mixed capabilities and experience.

This a home-based role and would cover their East Region (Bucks, Northants, Oxon, Cambs, Suffolk and surrounding areas).
