As a Manufacturing Apprentice at this International Hygiene company you will gain a range of NVQ qualifications whilst developing your skills through on the job work experiences, spending time in key areas of the business: Customer Services, Purchasing, Finance, Technical, Production, Warehouse and Maintenance.
Our two-year programme is tailored to enable you to develop your knowledge and experience whilst broadening your business perspectives. You will be given the opportunity to experience all aspects of the business within the order to cash cycle.
Key Areas of Learning Include: -
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Providing efficient and effective receipt and storage of finished goods and raw materials
- Operating Forklift Trucks
- Booking goods into stock
- Converting raw materials into finished goods using blending equipment
- Testing of goods
- Preparation of customer orders and efficient stock rotation
- Credit control and raising invoices
- Maintenance of plant and equipment

Job Location
The role will be mainly based at our three sites in Bradford. However, there will be opportunities to spend time at other UK based companies within the Christeyns group.

- Expected Duration: 24 months
- Possible Start Date: August 2017
- The successful candidate will have to be 18 or over due to health and safety regulations.
- Please note: This is a manufacturing apprenticeship NOT engineering.
