Bringing over 40 businesses a week to market and negotiating and closing multiple sales per week, they are seeking to grow much further and dominate the sector.

The business has undergone massive transformation from a small operation to a team of over 40 staff covering all aspects of sales, lead generation, digital marketing, sales negotiation, account management, finance and admin.
The company is ideally positioned to grow further and profitably by expanding on its strong brand, existing reach and established operations.

Context and Purpose of Role

With the growth opportunity in mind the Board are keen to secure a highly capable and driven Managing Director to lead all functions and drive the performance of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing commercially focused leader to join a fast-paced dynamic business and help lead its growth, with the view to building teams and profitability in a rapidly scaling business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business, develop the company strategy and deliver the financial and operational plan
- Manage and drive the Senior Leadership Team of the business
- Be accountable to the Board of Directors for company performance and results

Key Skills and Experience
- An experienced, credible and high-performing executive with a proven track record of success
- Familiar with working in an environment where managing growth and change is critical
- Have experience of running sales and marketing teams, as well as recruiting talent
- Have strong commercial and financial acumen with experience of P&L responsibility

- A commercial approach, with the capability to build effective sales, marketing and finance functions to drive a growing business

- Work with third parties where appropriate to ensure “best in class” standards of operation in all aspects of business
- Develop an excellent leadership team within the business
- Work effectively with all staff and stakeholders to ensure consistency, efficiency, delivery and professionalism
- Create an environment and culture that inspires colleagues to excel and grow
