Due to continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Manager to train and assess their apprenticeship learners in Management up to Level 5.

This is a full time role and will include travel within South Yorkshire. A driving licence and access to a car is therefore essential.

The Role

You will be working in partnership with prestigious Levy employers to support their employees through apprenticeship programmes. Utilising your training and coaching skills, you will guide and support learners’ knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout their training in Management through group training sessions and one-to-one’s.

You will be continuously striving to build, maintain and improve relationships with learners and employers, being an ambassador for the business and their offering.

The Individual

They really value your industry knowledge and management experience, so although holding a relevant assessor or verifier qualification would be great, full training and support will be provided if you have a real passion for sharing your knowledge and developing others.

You will be an effective communicator, able to successfully engage both employers and learners alike. An excellent planner, you will be able to manage your time effectively as well as conflicting priorities. You will have the ability to coach, develop and mentor people, proven experience of delivering training in group sessions would be an advantage.
