This company designs, tools, manufactures, assembles and pack millions of moulded plastic parts for the UK and worldwide customers providing consistently high-quality British moulded parts for a range of industry sectors.

They are heavily invested in supporting their customers to achieve their goals and pride themselves on solving complex and innovative challenges, whether its CAD design, 3D prototyping and tooling, small batch runs or full manufacture.

They have an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their growing maintenance team.

Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering preventative and reactive maintenance to all production machinery and ancillary equipment across the site as well as:
- Fault finding and repairs
- Installation and decommissioning of new and old of new equipment
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Upkeep of the site facilities
- Contributing to a safe working environment

Occasionally you will need to travel to and work from another site so a full UK driving licence will be essential as will access to your own vehicle.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a manufacturing environment with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems, be able to demonstrate attention to detail, work well as part of a team, have excellent communication and relationship building skills, have exceptional time management skills and be flexible for the needs of the business.

Ideally, you will have worked with injection moulding before, have industry related training and be qualified to carry out PAT testing. Experience of Lean manufacturing techniques such as OEE, 5S and KanBan are also desirable.

This role is commutable from Oxford, Banbury, Swindon, Bicester, Abingdon, chipping Norton and surrounding area's. The company is located within walking distance of Witney town centre .
